Unified IEM Home/Building Automation permits controlling functions adapted to the needs of different user groups. The system solution provides a central web service interface via which sensors and actuators of the customer installation can be controlled. The basic infrastructure is provided by the utility, and the design and configuration of the installation is at the customer's discretion.
